The factory was established
during 1979 at Yanbu Al Nakhl Road, 9 K. M. The
factory is located in a vast area of 200,000 M2
land having a Praton Haus – German – Rotating
Precast Plant and many concrete Batching Plants.
Main production items concentrated in this factory
is Precast Products, Precast Housing Components,
Fence Wall Panels and all other Precast Elements.
We are proud to say that we are the
key suppliers of Precast Housing Elements and
other precast products for the Royal Commission
Projects, during the developing stage of Royal
Commission Yanbu. Many projects in and around
Yanbu, Governmental and private projects we have
supplied our Precast Housing & Precast Fencing
Products and other precast elements. The projects
were executed in turn key basis by various Reputed
International Contractors (Kolon, Hanyang, Pacific
– Korea, Nurol – Turkey) under the Joint Venture
agreement with Nagadi.
