REINFORCED CONCRETE PIPE SECTION

Reinforced Concrete Pipes are produced in accordance with ASTM C 76 standards, produced with type V cement, bell and spigot type up to 1500mm dia. Sizes exceeding 1500mm dia are produced with tongue and groove joints. Standard pipes are produced in 2.50 Meter length and short pipes are produced according to the customer requirements. These pipes are widely used for SEWERAGE SYSTEM, DRAINAGE SYSTEM, CULVERT and VARIOUS IRRIGATION purposes.

Reinforcement and concrete strength along with the product specification is provided below for reference. These pipes are produced in various classes according to the project requirement such as Class III, Class IV and Class V The pipes are produced with the modern German Technology and machineries, fully automatic. PVC Lined pipes shall also be in our production range shortly.

Testing: Specimen from the concrete batch is taken daily and tests are carried out in our own laboratory to assure the strength and to maintain the quality requirements. These samples are also sent to the Independent Laboratory periodically to check the quality.

Products Specification:

Concrete Strength: 4000, 5,000 and 6,000 PSI

Reinforcement: Deformed Steel bars grade 60 as per ASTM A 615.

Cages are prepared on fully automatic cage welding machine using German Technology.
